The place where I give you an insight to the creative work I am currently exploring! Everything you see here is available to buy, always as an original piece of artwork, never reproduced. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact me directly. Cheers! Wayne

New studio website

Makespace studios, where I make most of my art work, has just launched a new website (as an interim until the really new one is ready apparently!) and now includes my own dedicated page. Go to makespacestudios.co.uk if you at interested ( follow Artists link, and then click on my name.)
More work to follow towards end of week when I will be back in studio!

Transfer drawing

P200

Another, again from a photograph of London southbank, this time using tracing paper to transfer graphite on to the page. Really like the niave, sketchy quality of the image, and contrasts nicely with the more solid line and shape explored across the series so far

Third one down!

P189

Having played about a bit with the original, and drawn in some detail, as well as experimenting with background colour, pretty happy with this, another @southbanklondon inage

Interesting idea...!

P180

Cutting/folding 3d drawing.

Beautiful sunny southbank

Tearing myself away from the sun and crowds @southbanklondon on this amazingly sunny day- back to the studio, and at least one more image today methinks!

2nd drawing today.

P174

Another in the @southbanklondon series! On a roll...

Another experiment

P160

This time, a multiple media layered image on multiple sheets of tracing paper- an interesting idea, and suits itself brilliantly to the multi level architecture at the southbank centre.

...and a third!

P127

Bit of a happy accident this one! Not intended to work so simply, but think this is a pretty nice drawing!

2 southbank images finished.

My intended series is now actually that, with two completed images! I still have a load more I am planning, and details will follow soon as an when I do them! I am in the studio all day Saturday, so hopefully might see some big developments then!
